Connections Questionnaire

If you are interested in joining a small group at Real Hope, your first step is to fill out our Connections Questionnaire. This questionnaire is meant as an aid to help our leaders get to know you better, and help you spiritually in a personal walk with Christ. Do not worry about “wrong” answers. All questions can be answered in one or two sentences. The entire form should take 10-15 minutes to fill out.
